Every Monday morning, ACTRA staff will input members’ availability into a spreadsheet and send it to Background Casting Directors currently casting for film and television productions in Alberta.

  The Background Club (Calgary)

If you are interested in learning about Background work in film or television, the Calgary Background Club meets at 7:30pm every Thursday at Killarney Community Centre: 2828-28 Street SW, lower entrance. While the Calgary Background Club is not affiliated with ACTRA, many of our members are also patrons of the club.
