What has been your favorite role?

Quite literally, everyday on set has been memorable in its own right, so it’s hard to pick a favourite. Some of the most memorable moments involved dogsledding, or playing outdoor hockey in the mountains. One moment that would probably stick out the most from a role stand point, was starring in Tin Star, where Tim Roth interrogates me before “arresting me”. It was my first encounter getting to act one on one with a big star, and incredibly surreal.

What do you do when you are not performing?

I run my own photography/videography business, as well as a family owned Escape Room/Cocktail Lounge, which occupies most of my time. For leisure I do/have done literally everything under the sun, from Rally Car racing to competitive Kickboxing/Muay Thai, Snowboarding to Ice Hockey. I try to cram as much as I can into my day to day!

What organization / activity are you involved with or passionate about that people would find interesting?

I help run an organization called One Big JAM, where a few times a year (pre-pandemic) we would host an event that would invite all of the best artists in the city under one roof, to connect and create amazing improvised music on the spot. It’s something you have to experience rather than being told – check it out if you love live music!

What Director would you like to work with?

Without a doubt Taika Waititi, because he seems like he would be an absolute riot to be on set with. Every single one of his movies speak to me comedically.

What is your favorite movie and/or TV show?

My favourite movie growing up was Fight Club. I’m a huge fan of psychological movies.

As a Performer, what is one thing you wish you would have known sooner?

I definitely wish that I got involved and networked with more actors in the acting community sooner. Having peers to bounce ideas off of or run auditions with, was huge for personal improvement. I definitely suggest that if you’re starting to take acting more seriously, to find others who you can grow with. Company of Rogues was great to meet other like minded individuals, and to network.
