What has been your favorite role?
FRANZ from “The Producers”, staged live by Front Row Centre Players (Calgary). A great role to play and sing as zany as possible. A great target role for any comedic actor.
What do you do when you are not performing?
Retired. Guitar, Hiking, Biking, Skiing, Snowshoeing, Gardening, watching 3 amazing great-grandchildren growing up.
What organization / activity are you involved with or passionate about that people would find interesting?
Many seasons singing Bass with the ultra-professional Calgary Opera Chorus and Calgary Philharmonic. Magnificent staging and opera choices, classics and several Canadian premieres (Filumena, Everest).
What Director would you like to work with?
Robert Zemeckis. A wide repertoire of breakthrough films (Romancing the Stone, Roger Rabbit, Forrest Gump, Contact)
What is your favorite movie and/or TV show?
The Silence of the Lambs and Yellowstone. Brilliant acting and compelling storylines.
As a Performer, what is one thing you wish you would have known sooner?
Don’t act. Just precisely figure out your intentions/backstory, react to your partner and let your face and gestures look after themselves.
